Deletion permanently removes your account, sign-in sessions and personal cloud data. Organizations you own alone may also be deleted. Review the current preview before confirming; shared organization assets may be transferred to its owner.
Files already exported to your phone or another folder remain there. Some billing and security records may be retained as described in our privacy policy.
Cannot sign in?
Email us with the account email or Apple private relay address shown in your account. We will verify ownership before processing deletion. Never send passwords, verification codes or private keys.
