No. Upload volume and billing are tracked per organization. Each organization has its own monthly Free allowance of 200 GB of uploads, and allowances cannot be combined across organizations. UDP endpoint transfer is a separate product, and its 5 included endpoints are also assigned per organization.

Cancel from the Billing page. WarpShare and UDP endpoint transfer have independent subscriptions. Cancelling UDP transfer does not end your WarpShare subscription or impose a WarpShare download speed cap. Paid access continues to the end of the current billing period; any upload volume or endpoint charges from that period are still invoiced afterward. Cancelling a paid UDP plan requires lowering endpoint capacity back to 5 first. When a WarpShare subscription ends, it returns to Free.

You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method, with normal service during that window. If payment remains unpaid after 7 days, the organization is downgraded to Free. For WarpShare, Free’s 7-day retention then applies to existing files: share links older than 7 days are deleted, and newer links are limited to that window. Update your payment method during the grace period to keep your current plan.

Billing errors, including duplicate charges and charges that do not match the published rates, are refundable. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable once a billing period starts; cancellation stops the next renewal. You can ask support about a discretionary goodwill refund within 14 days of the first charge on a new subscription. Usage charges for upload volume beyond the allowance and additional endpoint capacity are non-refundable because the service has already been provided.

For a WarpShare link, no — recipients can download from a browser without an account or app. Sharing with multiple recipients and downloading again do not add fees. For UDP endpoint transfer, both sides need WarpSend installed.

Yes — every WarpShare link has an expiry. A link is kept for 7 days by default. On Paid you can choose up to 90 days when you create it, and change it after you have sent the link; Free links are limited to 7 days. Files are removed once the window closes, so download what you need before then. Days past the first week are billable on Paid — the pricing page has the rate.

WarpSend runs on macOS 13 or later on Apple silicon, Windows 10 or later on x64 and Arm64, and Debian or Ubuntu Linux. On Synology NAS (x86_64, DSM 7 or later), install the WarpSend package with Package Center’s Manual Install.

No inbound port forwarding is required. WarpSend attempts to connect your devices directly. Paid UDP transfer plans include Shuttle fallback when a direct connection is unavailable. Network policies can still affect connectivity, so check the connection from the locations you plan to use.

WarpSend uses route-specific encryption rather than one blanket model. Endpoint transfers and WarpSync use encrypted data paths; File Requests encrypt file content in the uploader’s browser for the selected endpoint only when the request was created with end-to-end encryption, which requires WarpSignet, and otherwise use TLS and service-managed storage; password-protected WarpShare encrypts before managed WarpFabric staging, while passwordless links use TLS and service-managed storage and access controls. Operational metadata remains visible to the service. When Endpoint Lock is enabled, sensitive interactive requests and cloud-dispatched source scopes require endpoint-verifiable authorization.

Download the Synology package (.spk) from the WarpSend download page, then in DSM open Package Center, choose Manual Install and upload it. WarpSend runs on x86_64 Synology NAS with DSM 7 or later, and updates install the same way. Then connect the NAS to your WarpSend account and choose the folders you want to use.
