Send large files to clients — one link to deliver, one link to collect.

Send clients a download link for finished work, or an upload link to collect their files. They can use both in a browser without a WarpSend account or app.

Start free
A WarpShare link: you upload a file once from your device, recipients in 6 cities download it from the nearest region without an account, and your device can go offline.

A client delivery often goes both ways: you need their source files before they can review your work. Use File Requests to collect those files into a chosen folder, then WarpShare to send the finished project. For transfers between devices you both manage, install the Agent at each end and use WarpDirect.

What slows this work down

Project files exceed your current limit

Check the package size and link expiry before uploading. If a project exceeds the service’s allowance, you may need another plan or a different delivery method.

Repeat downloads affect delivery costs

With download-based billing, include the number of recipients and repeat downloads in your estimate. WarpShare bills upload volume, with no additional download fees. Endpoint transfers use separate speed plans.

Clients need access without another account

Every account a client has to create, or app they have to install, is a place the delivery stalls. A WarpShare link opens in the browser; a File Request page uploads from the browser.

Home broadband makes delivery an overnight job

Most home and small-office connections upload far slower than they download. WarpSend keeps the route busy with parallel, resumable transfer, so an interrupted upload continues from verified progress instead of starting over.

Collect, deliver, and hand off big files from one account

Install the WarpSend Agent on the computer or NAS where your work lives. Clients use Share and File Request links in their browser; WarpDirect requires the Agent on both devices.

  1. 01 File Requests

    Collect what the client sends

Create a request, choose the endpoint and destination folder, and send one link. Each submission lands in its own folder, uploaders can add a name and a message, and you can cap the size per submission. Deliveries queue securely even while your endpoint is offline.

  2. 02 WarpShare

    Deliver the finished project

Upload once and send a download link. Add a password for sensitive work, set an expiry, and see when the link was opened and how many times files were downloaded. Multiple recipients and repeat downloads add no fees.

  3. 03 WarpDirect

    Transfer between connected devices

Install the WarpSend Agent on both your device and your client’s or collaborator’s device, then move files and folders between them. Your UDP plan sets the speed ceiling; the network, storage, and devices determine actual throughput. Interrupted transfers resume from verified progress.

What client delivery looks like for a one-person studio

PHOTOGRAPHERS • VIDEOGRAPHERS

Photo and video delivery

Send a wedding gallery, a brand film, or a full-resolution cut with one link, then collect the client’s raw footage or card dumps through a File Request that lands on your NAS.

DESIGNERS • SMALL AGENCIES

Design and marketing assets

Deliver press kits, print-ready files, and revision rounds from a single upload to unlimited recipients, and see which client has already downloaded.

PASSWORD • EXPIRY • ENCRYPTED

Sensitive client documents

Consultants, bookkeepers, and legal freelancers send confidential files with a password and an expiry, over a route that is encrypted during upload and download.

Frequently asked questions

What does the WarpSend Free plan include?

You can try sharing and collecting files without a credit card, within the Free plan’s upload allowance. Downloads add no fees. Endpoint transfers have a separate Free speed tier; the Shuttle fallback route requires a paid UDP plan. The pricing page lists current allowances, speed limits, and offer terms.

Do my clients need a WarpSend account or app?

For WarpShare and File Request links, no. Clients download or upload files and folders in their browser without a WarpSend login, app, or plugin. For a WarpDirect transfer, both your device and your client’s device need the WarpSend Agent installed.

Do repeat downloads cost extra?

No. WarpShare is billed by upload volume. Multiple recipients and repeat downloads add no fees, and you do not need a UDP subscription to use WarpShare.

Is there a file size limit?

WarpShare has no per-file size cap, but your plan must have enough upload allowance for the delivery. For a File Request, you set the maximum size per submission. Direct endpoint transfers do not use the WarpShare upload allowance. Check the pricing page for current plan limits.

Can I password-protect or expire a delivery?

Yes. A WarpShare link can require a password and expire on a chosen date. You can also check opens and download counts. A File Request can be paused without interrupting active uploads, or permanently closed when the job is done.

Are files encrypted?

Uploads and downloads use TLS. File Requests also offer end-to-end content encryption when enabled with WarpSignet at creation. With automatic endpoint delivery enabled, submissions wait in the cloud inbox until the device reconnects. WarpShare content encryption depends on the upload source and link settings; the security page explains the different routes.

How is this different from WeTransfer or Dropbox Transfer?

Compare the recipient workflow, upload allowance, retention, and access controls you need. WarpShare provides cloud download links, while File Requests collects submissions in a cloud inbox with optional delivery to a computer or NAS. WarpDirect adds device-to-device transfers when both sides run the Agent. The comparison pages cover the individual services and their limits.
